Arson dog dies

ARSON DOG DIES: Blaze, the Oakland County Sheriff's Office arson investigation K9, died Monday of a cancer-related illness, officials said Wednesday.
The 4-year-old German shepherd was the office's only K9 trained in arson investigation. In his three-year career, Blaze responded to 220 calls in the county.
According to officials, Blaze was responsible for the arrest of 37 people for arson-related crimes.
